The 2022 Global Investment Promotion Conference for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area was held on December 21 at the Nansha Garden Hotel in Guangzhou in order to fully showcase the development potential and investment opportunities of the Greater Bay Area.

Co-hosted by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Macau Special Administrative Region, the conference was held simultaneously in multiple venues, both online and offline. Belink4U provided the whole conference with simultaneous translation services in Chinese-English, Chinese-Japanese, and Chinese-Korean.

The agenda of the conference included speeches from high-level leaders, video speeches from guests, and the appointment ceremony of the second batch of global investment advisors and the signing ceremony of major projects in Guangdong Province. Parallel activities included an introduction of the latest investment policies of the Greater Bay Area.

At the conference, 853 cooperation projects were reached, with a total investment of 2.5 trillion yuan. 48 major projects with a total investment of 180.1 billion yuan were signed on the spot. These projects are located in advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, new generation information technology, food and health, and other industries, with manufacturing accounting for more than 70%, and strong elements of high-tech and wide-ranging radiation.

The projects signed at this conference are highly compatible with Guangdong's industrial advantages and development direction, showing three highlights: strong support of the real economy, high technology innovation content, and sufficient opening up. It will inject strong momentum into Guangdong's high-quality development.
